Meeting Room Reservation Application

West Florida Public Libraries provides meeting rooms at its facilities for use by community groups when library activities are not occupying the rooms. Any group may use the rooms for lawful non-commercial purposes. We ask that you review and comply with our Meeting Room Policy. 

Meeting rooms may be reserved by contacting your local branch in person, by phone, or by email. Please print the form, fill it out. You can bring it by the Pensacola Library, fax it to 850-436-5039, or scan and email it to Please allow two (2) weeks prior to your selected meeting date for the application to be processed. For more information, please contact the library where you would like your meeting held.

A note about technology: Apple computers are not always compatible with audio and visual equipment located in the meeting rooms. To ensure that your laptop will work with the projectors and sound systems, we recommend making an appointment to test your the equipment before the date of your event. 

Additional meeting spaces are available at the Molino Community Center and Theophalis May Resource Center.
