Donate Books and Materials (New & Used)

The Friends of West Florida Public Libraries collects books all year long for their semi-annual book sales. These sales help fund the children’s summer reading program and other special events at WFPL. Contributions may also be used to purchase books, materials, equipment, and furniture for the Library.

Small donations (one bag or less) may be dropped off at any WFPL location.

Large donations (more than one bag) may be made as follows:

Please note: the process for making large donations has recently changed. (May 2017)

The Friends now accept large donations between 9 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. each Thursday (except holidays) at Friends of West Florida Public Library, 325 E. Commerce St., Pensacola, FL, 32507. Ring the front doorbell and someone will come out to get your books.
