Support the Library
The West Florida Public Library is the community’s independent learning center for residents of all ages who live in Escambia County, Florida and is committed to providing the highest quality library services. We invite you to join our mission and help us succeed. There are several ways you can help!
Donate books and other materials to the Friends of The Library: Small donations (one bag or less) may be dropped off at any WFPL location.
Become a library Volunteer: We realize that some who love the library are not in a position to make a monetary contribution. That’s why we welcome your gift of time and talents. Applications are available at the library, or access online at http://www.myescambia.com/community/volunteer.Completed applications may be mailed to the Main Library or dropped off at any library location. For more information, contact the volunteer coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Main library (850) 436-5060.Contribute Financially to the Library: While the Library receives much of its funding from public sources, your tax deductible gift allows the Library to provide critical services to people in the community, whether they seek a book, a job, free Internet access, a place to gather with friends or a connection with their community. Contact a library near you to find out how to support your library.
