Support the Library
West Florida Public Libraries is the community’s independent learning center for Escambia County residents of all ages. It is committed to providing the highest quality library services, and we invite you to join our mission of helping it succeed. There are several ways you can help!
Donate books and other materials to the Friends of The Library.
Volunteer: We realize that not everyone who loves the library is in a position to make a monetary contribution. That’s why we welcome your gift of time and talents, too. Applications to volunteer are available at the library or online at http://www.myescambia.com/open-government/volunteer. Completed applications may be mailed to the Pensacola Library or dropped off at any WFPL location. For more information, contact the volunteer coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Pensacola Library at 850-436-5060.
Contribute Financially to the Library: While the Library receives much of its funding from public sources, your tax deductible gift allows the Library to provide critical services to people in the community, whether they seek a book, a job, free Internet access, a place to gather with friends, or a connection with their community. Contact a library near you to find out how to support your library.
If you would like additional information about any of these support opportunities, please call the Reference Department at 850-436-5063
